Yon Borthwick, coach

About me

As a coach, I help people live a life they love.

Working is a necessity for most of us, but our jobs should give us more than just a salary. After working my share of unfulfilling roles, I had a realisation: I wanted more from my life, and I wanted to help others to achieve the same thing.

So I dedicated myself to studying adult development. I studied an MSc in Psychology, tried self-transformation courses, and attended zen and yoga retreats. But the thing that made the biggest impact in my relationship to work and life was taking on a coach.

Being in a holistic coaching programme helped me become a more fully embodied version of myself. I let go of limiting thought patterns and learned how to be more empowered in creating change in my life.

Now, as a certified coach myself, I help my clients transform their careers, uncover their true nature and build a life they truly want.
